I wanted to answer your question on my blog, but couldn't find an email. Hope it's ok to answer here...Unfortunately, I don't print from lightroom, so i can't really help you. I tend to do all my storyboards in PS CS3 - I simple create a canvas the size that I want, reveal a grid and then drag and drop my pics onto the canvas.
